General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of our website and the contractual relationship between us and our customers. By using our website and utilising our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Defence clause:

We work exclusively on the basis of the ADSp 2017 and our GTC. Any deviating terms and conditions of the client shall not become part of the contract. The exclusive validity of the ADSp 2017 and our GTC shall also apply if we have not expressly objected to any other terms and conditions of the client/contractor. There is also expressly no tacit inclusion of different GTC.

As place of jurisdiction it is expressly agreed Neumuenster. The use of German law is expressly agreed.
